The plenary notes are usually in the form of
PowerPoint presentations.
You will need PowerPoint or PowerPoint Viewer to be able to open
the presentations.
If you have PowerPoint installed on your computer, you should be
able to view the presentations without any further software installation.
However, depending on which version you are using (PowerPoint 95,
97, 2000 or 2002) and which version the presentation was created
with will depend on whether you will have full functionality of
the presentation.
PowerPoint 2002 should give you full functionality no matter which
version was used to create the presentation.
If you do not have PowerPoint, you can download a FREE PowerPoint
Viewer from Microsoft's website. This will enable you to view and
print the presentations. It is recommended that you download the
viewer from Microsoft only. Click
here (opens in new window) for Microsoft's PowerPoint Viewrer
download page. Full instructions are given with regards to system
requirements and functionality.
